• Connected platform data — if you connect third-party accounts (such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, or your CRM) to the Services, we access the data you authorize, such as ad account information, campaign performance metrics, page insights, and audience statistics. We only access data permitted by the scopes you grant and use it solely to provide the Services.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and approximate location.
• Cookies and similar technologies — we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Run, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns on your behalf across connected platforms;
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending service-related updates;
• Monitor and protect the security of the Services;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained from connected platforms for purposes other than providing and improving the Services you have requested.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — with vendors that help us operate the Services (such as hosting, analytics, and scheduling providers), under agreements that limit their use of your data;
• Connected platforms — with third-party platforms you have connected (such as Meta or Google) as necessary to run campaigns on your behalf;
• Legal requirements — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Talos, our users, or others;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.

When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account, we access data through Meta's APIs in accordance with the permissions you grant and Meta's Platform Terms. This data is used exclusively to provide the Services — for example, managing ad campaigns, reading performance metrics, and generating reports for you. We do not transfer Meta platform data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or upon your request.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as complying with legal obligations and resolving disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You may request deletion of your personal information, including any data obtained from connected platforms such as Meta, at any time:

• Email us at paul.kathmann@talos-labs.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"; or
• Disconnect your account from within the connected platform (for example, removing the Talos app in your Facebook settings), which will trigger deletion of the associated platform data.

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
